Powder for the preparation of 1 litre of working solution (stock solution).

The stock solution can be further diluted and ADOX ATOMAL 49 can be used as a single-use developer. This facilitates temperature control.

This also eliminates the problems of extending development times based on the amount of film developed.

Once prepared, ATOMAL 49 will last approximately 6 weeks in fully filled glass bottles. In one litre of stock solution, 10 films can be developed.

ADOX ATOMAL 49 is a fine grain powder developer with the best sensitivity and highest exhalation capacity. It is based on the original Atomal formulation but has been adapted to today's chemical regulations. Negatives are finely redrawn and fine-grained, even with difficult or high-contrast subjects.

Film Developer

ATOMAL 49 is an extra-fine grain, compensating developer which offers both excellent use of film speed and high contrast control.

The powder developer mixes to make 1 liter stock solution. The stock solution can be used for up to ten films, or further diluted for use a single-shot developer. Dilution makes temperature control easier, and as a single-use developer ATM 49 delivers precise, repeatable results on each roll of film.

Stock solution can be kept in a fully filled container for upu to 6 weeks.
