ILFORD ILFOTEC DD-X 1 l, negative developer

ILFORD ILFOTEC DD-X is a liquid concentrate negative developer designed for black and white negative processing. It is formulated to deliver maximum image quality with modern fine-grain films, including films exposed at higher speeds.

Processing characteristics

  • high sharpness with fine grain
  • excellent shadow detail
  • stable and balanced contrast
  • suitable for push processing

Dilution

Standard working dilution is 1+4. The developer is used as a working solution prepared directly from concentrate.

Capacity

Capacity depends on dilution and processing method. At 1+4 dilution, approximate capacity is around 10 rolls of 135/36 film per 1 litre of concentrate.
