Description

PAN 400 is a high-sensitivity black and white film suitable for shooting with short exposure times (e.g. in sports) or for shooting in low light conditions.

Even at its sensitivity, it offers high quality halftone rendition, fine grain and very good contrast and sharpness combined with excellent exposure flexibility.

It is ideal for all photojournalists.

It has a sensitivity of ISO 400/27°, but can also be exposed as ISO 1600/33° with modified processing.

Its processing can take advantage of the specific characteristics of Ilford developers: for extended development, ILFOTEC HC, ID-11 and MICROPHEN developers are the most suitable.

PAN 400 can be processed in all possible ways, even those that use shortened setting and washing.

Its wide exposure flexibility and tolerance for minor processing errors make it a very robust film.
