Far. neg. roll film. For artificial light (3200K), for low light conditions.
It is a colour negative roll film designed for photography in low light conditions or under artificial lighting (3200K).
Ideal for night "street" photography, club, bar or concert photography.
Thanks to its high sensitivity, it allows you to take pictures without flash, only under "natural" light bulbs and get soft, warm-toned colours. The colours look natural, and so does the skin tone.
One of its greatest strengths is its extremely fine grain, gorgeous color tones, incredible skin tone and, when using flash, mesmerizing results.
The sensitivity of the film is 800 ASA, but you can expose it from 200 to 3200 ASA. Depending on over- or under-exposure, different colour rendition occurs - experiment.
Due to its exposure flexibility and high sensitivity, CineStill is also suitable for Lomo or Holga cameras.
If you shoot with CineStill, you are working with the same material that Quentin Tarantino worked with for the drama Django Unchained or Ben Affleck worked with for the drama Argo. All the Star Wars and Batman films and the TV shows Castle, The Walking Dead, True Blood and American Horror Story were shot on it.
The Cinestill Film brand was created by the Wright Brothers of Los Angeles. They modified Kodak cinematographic materials so that they could be developed using the standard C-41 process, allowing all the photographers in the world to work with the same material as the world's Hollywood directors.
